Coordinate Measuring Machine–Optical Gaging Products

The StarLite GX is a compact self-contained measurement station designed for Optical Gaging Products. It is a complete non-contact inspection system with interactive measurement capabilities based on precision video measurement technology. The StarLite GX is used for inspection and measurement applications within the plastics, medical equipment and parts, automotive, aerospace, electronics industries and more. This complete measurement system provides manual stage motion with programmable Field of View measurements in all three axes for parts up to 6" in length. Its high-resolution color camera and superior optics deliver accuracy for demanding metrology applications with magnification ranges from approximately 34x to 176x.

It was designed for ease of use, with ergonomic controls, and innovative full-featured software. Zoom, XYZ zero set, enter point button, skew alignment, and an inch/millimeter switch were all easily controlled by the operator with easily accessible control located along the front panel.
