This rotationally molded enclosure was designed to satisfy aesthetic, functional and economic constraints based on Chamberlain's marketing department. The product had to also compliment traditional landscape environments, which was achieved by applying a special granite color and texture within a rotationally molded plastic housing. Safety information and product identification were applied to the product with molded in graphics. A snap off injection molded oval front cover was designed to protect an internal on/off key lock switch. A rear rotationally molded cover provided protection from the moving chain and internal sprocket gears.
